This will be a commercial venture and we would like to protect this product. How should we do this - and to whom should we apply for copyright etc.? Also how do we go about getting an ISBN no.?We are in the process of making an audio travel CD together with a small booklet of photos in the jewel case.?
Most Music is copyright the composers and/or performers (the 'classics' may be out of time for composer copyright, but the performance eg. by RSO is still copyright). If you have the original recording, contact the Publisher - otherwise contact the Performing Rights Society.
