Does my travel document still effective if my I-485 case has been denial?

No. Once your I-485 is denied, your status of ';Pending Adjustment'; is lost and you revert back to what ever status you had prior to submitting the application, and unless your current status (ie the one you had before the sent in I-485) is eligible to use a travel document or an advance parole document, then you can't use it.

If the status you reverted back to has now expired, you are obliged to leave the US within 30 days of your denial.
