Whatis the case lawthatsays ';Where several cars traveling inmass over the posted speed, their speed is legal';?

Case Law states ';Where several vehicles traveling, in mass, have exceeded the posted speed limit, those vehicles are, for the sake of safety, proceeding at the legal limit';. Simply stated, you are driving in and with the traffic flow over the posted limit. As all are doing the same speed, regardless of the posted limit, you are all to be considered driving at the legal limit. What is the case from which this case law derives?Whatis the case lawthatsays ';Where several cars traveling inmass over the posted speed, their speed is legal';?
Actually it says, you are supposed to keep up with the flow of traffic. ~Whatis the case lawthatsays ';Where several cars traveling inmass over the posted speed, their speed is legal';?
I have seen the highway patrol in Ohio stop over 50 or more cars at a time on the interstate and issue citations to all of them.
Even if this is true, the drivers at the front can still be done for speeding and the rest can be done for driveing without due care and attention, which carries a much heftier punishment.
