My i-94 is expire but our case is still in process can i travel in us?

Not legally. You are now in violation of your visa. You are subject to being put on the overstay list and banned from re-entering the U.S. in the future. If the date on the I-94 could be ignored, why would they even give you a date by which you are supposed to leave?
