If my dad has an absconding case in the UAE due to financial liabilities, me being his daughter, will I have a problem to travel to the UAE on another sponsorship?Does anyone know if i can travel to the UAE if my father who was my sponsor has a case on him?
I'm not sure, but I think you shouldn't have any problem, with another sponsorship; for example if you went in UAE for job, you should have your employer's sponsorship, I think, so there wouldn' t be any kind of problem.
I precise I'm not sure of what I'm saying, and I must add that maybe laws change from country to country.
