My BF has a court case pending, and has NO probabtion. Can he travel abroad with this pending?

Consult true legal advice. You don't want him to be in trouble with the court over a vacation. My BF has a court case pending, and has NO probabtion. Can he travel abroad with this pending?
That depends on state laws and how he was released. Generally, if released on bail, he cannot. If he was released on his own recognizance, then it is possible that he can. Your best bet would be to call the court and ask them.My BF has a court case pending, and has NO probabtion. Can he travel abroad with this pending?
He should have signed a conditions of bail. Where he is informed if he can leave the state, etc. Ask his attorney - best way to find out. Or - ask the clerk of the court to check the file.
i would assume yes..

INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!!!!

so yes he can travel unless he was told or informed via paper that he's to remain local.

but he can travel up until hes notified of that and or proven guilty!
Is he on bail? If not then yes unless a Judge has decreed otherwise, they sometimes do.

Don't forget he's innocent until proven guilty. Just make sure he gets back on time!
