Refugee claimant in Canada can travel outside of Canada while the case is pending?

Hello.Can anybody tell me if a refugee claimant in Canada can go to USA or some other country (not in the country where he fears to return) while his case is pending? can they receive any kind of travel document from the immigration and refugee board of Canada?

No you can not leave Canada while your case is pending. If you are able to leave Canada and are caught you will have to reapply for refugee status.
No, because while they are refugees, they are technically stateless.
